Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 cup shelled edamame, cooked
  • 2/3 cup fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Recipe Steps:

  • Puree the edamame, basil, olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice and salt until smooth. Makes one cup.
