What is a good asian fish sauce substitute? if i don't have fish sauce on hand, what can i use instead of fish sauce?
What is the length of time I can keep kimchi in the fridge? i bought a jar of kim chi last week from the asian store and want to know how long does it stay fresh... can I store kim chi in the fridge for months? Will it change the consistency or fermentation of the kimchi in the fridge? Thanks!
