We don't know about you, but once the hot and humid weather hits, we don't feel like doing much of anything ... much less slaving over a hot stove. We're big fans of warm salads, and other easy breezy meals. 

So if you're sitting on a super simple Asian recipe for lazy summer days, share it and you could be one of FOUR winners of Nina Simonds' "Simple Asian Meals" cookbook. The four cookbooks will go to the recipes with the greater number of Facebook likes.
