Ssamjang (Ssam Wrapping Sauce)

  			This paste is used when you are eating Korean BBQ with lettuce wraps -- called ssam 쌈. Put a daub of the space inside a lettuce wrap, add a bit of freshly grilled meat, perhaps some rice or other banchan (side dish), eat, and be happy.   		
  	  	Recipe Ingredients:
  	
  		  			- l/3 cup of hot pepper paste (gochujang 고추장)
 
  		  			- l/2 cup of fermented bean paste (doenjang 된장)
 
  		  			- 1 tbsp red pepper powder (gochugaru 고추가루)
 
  		  			- 1 tbsp of chopped green pepper
 
  		  			- 3 tbsp minced garlic
 
  		  			- l/2 tbsp of sesame seed
 
  		  			- 2 tbsp of rice wine
 
  		  			- 2 tbsp of sesame oil
 
  		  			- 2 tbsp minced onion
 
  		  	
  	Recipe Steps:
  	
  		  			- Mix all the ingredients well and add additional sesame oil to taste.
