I watch a lot of korean and japanese dramas and I seen the characters eating kimichi and/or lettuce wraps. It looks so good! how do you make them?

Hi also to elaborate, lettuce wraps are often (though not exclusively) an accompaniment to Korean BBQ. So it's almost an optional way to eat BBQ, instead of just eating the piece of meat directly with rice and side dishes.
So next time you make BBQ, wash fresh red lettuce leaves and serve them up with some gochujang (red pepper paste) to add.
