We're celebrating the holidays by reminding everyone of a great meat-free source of protein! Contest ends 12/31/11.

I oftentimes hear from people that they don't like the "taste" of tofu. Or, that it's too bland. In my mind, tofu, like potatoes, are merely a canvas to add flavors to. And not to mention, a great, cheap source of meatless protein.

So for the meat-overloaded holidays, we're singing the praises of humble TOFU!
