so i made this to accompany the vinegar/sugar cabbage to cool off my tongue from the panang. (i've tried panang before ...it can get spicy). Next time I'll eat with rice, i bet that's good. i thought the panang would overpower the meatball, but i could actually taste the cilantro/soy/fish sauce, etc. in the meatball. the key to this meatball might have been the cilantro...i'm not sure. i just know it was good & worth commenting on. i'm going to experiment with other types of meat...maybe chicken.
