Whole Wheat Vegetable Pie

Recipe ingredients:
2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour 1 Tablespoon Sugar 1/4 Cup Oil (Canola or Vegetable Oil) 7-9 Tablespoons Ice Water 1/3 Cup Chopped Onion & Bell Pepper 1 Tablespoon minced Garlic 1/2 Cup Spaghetti Sauce 1 Small Can Each: chopped Tomatoes, Corn, & Peas. 1/2 Cup Chick Peas 1/3 Cup Carrots, thinly sliced 1/2 Cup Mozarella or freshly grated Parmesan Cheese 1/4 Cup Sunflower Seeds 2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
Recipe steps :
Mix flour, sugar & oil with fork or pastry blender. Add just enough water so dough forms a ball. Roll out on floured area for top & bottom crusts. Place 1 crust in 9” pie dish. Heat 1 Tbs Oil in pan and sauté onion, pepper & Garlic until done. In separate bowl, mix remaining ingredients with onion mix. Place in pie crust. Top with 2nd crust. Cut slits in top. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes.
