Refreshingly cool iced tea that can be enjoyed all year around.
Recipe Ingredients:
2 cinnamon sticks
5 cups warm water
3/4 cup of palm sugar
Recipe Steps:
In a large pot, bring the cinnamon stick and water to a boil. Lower the heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes.
Remove the cinnamon stick. Stir in the palm sugar until sugar dissolves.
Allow to cool and refrigerate.
Serve with ice.
