This is a general sauce that is good for dipping mandu (dumplings), buchimgae (vegetable pancakes) and sengson jeon (fried fish) and etc.
Recipe Ingredients:
¼ cup soy sauce
2 tbsp vinegar (balsamic vinegar, distilled white, or rice vinegar)
1/2 tsp garlic, minced
1/2 stalks of green onion cut small
1 tsp hot pepper powder (optional)
l/2 tsp sugar (optional)
Recipe Steps:
Mix all ingredients and store in the refrigerator.
