1 can Chicken Broth
1/2 cup sliced Mushrooms
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
1/2 cup sliced Bamboo Shoots with juice
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp Pepper
8 oz Shrimp, peeled, deveined, and chopped
2 tsp Cornstarch
1 Egg, beaten
1/4 cup Rice Vinegar
2 Tbsp Hot Red Pepper Sauce
1/2 tsp ground Ginger
2 Green Onions, chopped
Crispy Chinese noodles
Recipe Steps:
Combine broth, mushrooms, soy, bamboo in large saucepan; bring to boil then simmer 5 minutes. Add lemon, pepper, shrimp. Cook 2 minutes or until shrimp are done. Combine cornstarch and water in small bowl; stir until smooth. Dribble cornstarch in pan. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Drizzle in egg. Stir in vinegar, hot sauce, ginger. Spoon into bowls. Top with green onion. Serve with crispy Chinese noodles.
